Yes — most operators keep 48-hour availability live. Skydive and helicopter slots often fill 3–5 days out; balloon flights book up 7–10 days in advance.

Every adventure supports groups up to 12. For larger events (corporate, weddings, schools) use the "Private booking" option on the adventure page — we'll pair you with an account manager.

Do I need to pay the full amount upfront?

Yes — full payment is taken at booking. This is what lets operators reserve kit, crew, and slot. Your card is charged immediately; your money is fully refundable until 24h before the start time.

What if weather cancels my adventure?

You get a full refund automatically within 48 hours, or you can reschedule to any slot in the next 90 days. No admin fees, no hassle.

What are the health requirements?

Each activity has clear medical limits — listed on the adventure page. Generally: no recent surgery, no uncontrolled hypertension, no pregnancy for high-G activities. If in doubt, check with us before booking.

Is there an age limit?

Varies by activity. Skydive: 18+. Dune bash: 5+ with guardian. Helicopter: 2+ with guardian. Minimum age appears on every adventure page.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and instant bank transfer (UAE). We do not accept cash, crypto, or pay-at-venue.

When does the refund hit my account?

UAE cards: 3–5 business days. International cards: up to 10 business days. Bank transfers: 1–2 business days. We can't speed this up — it's your bank.

Will I be charged in AED?

Yes. You can browse prices in AED, USD or EUR — converted prices are approximate. Payment is always taken in AED; international cards are billed in your local currency at your card issuer's rate, and we do not add FX fees.

How do gift vouchers work?

Choose an amount, pick a design, schedule the delivery. Recipients redeem any time within 24 months. Vouchers never expire to the issuer and are fully refundable for 14 days.

Yes — choose "Specific adventure voucher" at checkout. The recipient can swap to a different adventure within the same price bracket if they prefer.

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Account settings → Danger zone → Delete account. All personal data is removed within 30 days; anonymised booking records are kept for legal and safety reporting.
